Flooding in a Palmdale Property
The burst pipe flooded the interior of this commercial property in Palmdale with several inches of clean water. Because We're Faster To Any Size Disaster, our SERVPRO team mitigated the water damage. We used squeegees to push most of the standing water through the exterior exit door, as shown in the Before Photo. Since the vinyl coving and resilient tile held the water in place, our main objective was to extract any moisture from under the lockers to prevent rusting. We rigged equipment to expedite this portion of the service call keeping in mind to minimize the disruptions to the on-going activities of the company.
